Customs Clearance Coordinator

We are seeking a Customs Clearance Coordinator for a freight forwarder in the Manchester area. The role offers a salary of £26,000-£28,000 and is based in an office within an internal customs clearance department. Working Monday to Friday during daytime hours, you will be responsible for managing customs clearances for both imports and exports.

The Role

You will collaborate with the freight forwarding teams to ensure all customs documents are prepared on time for the import and export of goods from the UK. The duties will include all standard customs clearance responsibilities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of customs clearance processes
• Experience with the CDS system for both imports and exports
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
