Customs Administrator - 9 Month Fixed Term - Lutterworth - 28-30k

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to support a dynamic customs team?
We're looking for a Customs Administrator to join a brokerage and compliance team in Lutterworth on a fixed 9-month contract. Working 37.5 hours per week, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customs operations and full regulatory compliance.

What you'll do:

  • Manage customs administration for inbound and outbound storage

  • Perform technical and commercial customs-related tasks

  • Liaise with clients and carriers to resolve missing or incomplete documentation

  • Maintain and update customs broker databases and client records

  • Control preference documentation and submit TSS declarations

  • Handle client billing and approve supplier invoices

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customs administration

  • Strong knowledge of UK import/export procedures and customs principles

  • Familiarity with document codes and preference documentation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Experience with document control, archiving, and accurate billing
