Customs Administrator - 9 Month Fixed Term - Lutterworth - £28-30k

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to support a dynamic customs team?
We're looking for a Customs Administrator to join a brokerage and compliance team in Lutterworth on a fixed 9-month contract. Working 37.5 hours per week, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customs operations and full regulatory compliance.

What you'll do:

Manage customs administration for inbound and outbound storage

Perform technical and commercial customs-related tasks

Liaise with clients and carriers to resolve missing or incomplete documentation

Maintain and update customs broker databases and client records

Control preference documentation and submit TSS declarations

Handle client billing and approve supplier invoices

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 year experience in customs administration

Strong knowledge of UK import/export procedures and customs principles

Familiarity with document codes and preference documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Experience with document control, archiving, and accurate billing
