Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders across cultures and groups
  • Communicate effectively in English
  • Work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Learn new analytical software
  • Influence processes and create clear documentation
  • Apply data analysis and statistical skills
  • Develop strategic direction for customer touchpoints

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Leadership experience in service departments
  • Ownership of Customer Experience/Service metrics
  • Experience working with international teams and managing customer journeys
