The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Technology Advisor within our Go-To-Market team. You will leverage your technical expertise to drive opportunities and exceed customer expectations, working closely with our Consult Partners and customer teams.

In this role, you will deliver engaging demos and presentations, support sales activities, develop profitable deals, and build strong relationships with partners and clients. Your technical and business acumen will enable you to provide valuable solutions tailored to customer needs.

You will coordinate pre-sales processes, ensure quality and compliance, and foster collaboration with stakeholders and external partners. Your expertise will help showcase Kyndryl's capabilities and create impactful solutions.

Who You Are

  • Deep knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions in your practice area.
  • Experience translating technical knowledge into customer solutions.
  • Experience in consultative selling.
  • Recognized technical certifications supporting your focus areas (e.g., Application Data and AI, Cloud, Security, etc.).
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of selling technical services across industries.
