Join our dynamic team as a Customer Technology Advisor within our Go-To-Market team. As a certified expert, you will lead technology solutions for our customers, collaborating with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer teams. Your role involves leveraging technical expertise to identify opportunities, deliver compelling demonstrations, and develop profitable deals that drive success.
You will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, working closely with stakeholders. Your technical knowledge and certifications will establish you as an authority in your domain, enabling you to provide value-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.
As a Customer Technology Advisor, you will identify business and technical requirements, develop demonstrations and prototypes, and coordinate pre-sales processes to ensure quality and compliance. Building relationships with external partners will be key to co-creating solutions.
