Modern Water is a pioneering and innovative technology company, specialising in membrane water treatment solutions and advanced monitoring products.

We are looking for an experienced technical support scientist to join our team in York. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Water, Environmental, or scientific instrumentation industries, with a background in customer and client support.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing expert advice to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Supporting colleagues with scientific advice as needed.
  3. Ensuring excellent customer service by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and equipment.
  4. Installing equipment and conducting demos, training, and workshops for customers.
  5. Collaborating with the Business Development Manager to support new sales opportunities.
  6. Traveling locally and internationally as required.
