UP TO £26,685 DOE | HYBRID | BONUS SCHEME | EXETER

We are representing an innovative and forward-thinking client in the automotive technology sector. They provide cutting-edge fleet management solutions to businesses across the UK and Europe, enhancing efficiency and sustainability. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, they are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Technical Support Advisor to join their growing team.

The Role

This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality customer support for fleet accounts, ensuring seamless service installations, removals, and issue resolution. Acting as the key contact for customers, you will handle daily fleet management, coordinate with external engineers, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.

Responsibilities for the Customer Technical Support Advisor:

  • Manage a portfolio of fleet accounts, overseeing vehicle setups, customer queries, and service updates
  • Coordinate service calls, installations, and removals with external engineers, ensuring smooth execution
  • Maintain and update the customer portal, managing driver assignments and providing guidance to users
  • Handle inbound queries, log and assign cases, and build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction

Key Skills Required for the Customer Technical Support Advisor:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a customer service or support role
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues efficiently
  • IT literate, with experience in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) is desirable
