Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in fresh produce or food manufacturing.
• Experience in Technical, Customer Technical, Quality or Technical Account Management roles.
• Strong customer-facing experience and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Fresh produce background and understanding of agricultural operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key customers as the technical contact.
• Ensure technical requirements and expectations are consistently met.
• Review and manage customer specifications to keep information up to date.
• Work with commercial teams to support customer relationships and objectives.
• Collaborate with growers and operations to maintain quality across the supply chain.
• Investigate complaints and quality issues; implement corrective actions.
• Support customer visits, audits and technical reviews as needed.
• Monitor compliance with customer, industry and regulatory standards.
• Partner with senior technical colleagues on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support from growing and harvest through to delivery.
