Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member at Whitley Bay. You will join a friendly team to deliver essential services, including potential post office or bakery duties and online order support. Training is provided; part-time role with overtime opportunities.

Role requires flexible shifts from early morning to late evening, including some weekend work. You’ll help customers, promote Co-op membership, and contribute to a welcoming community store.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Experience not essential; just a genuine passion for helping people.

• Deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
