Job summary

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member for a part-time role in Moffat. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, helping deliver essential services and keeping shelves stocked, prices checked, and customer needs met on a fast-moving shop floor.

Full, paid training is provided. The role offers a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekends, with overtime opportunities and a focus on community engagement and Co-op Membership promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to keep the store running smoothly.
• Assist with tills, pricing checks, and stock availability.
• Support store operations and help customers with orders and services.
