Co-op in Stromness is looking for Customer Team Members to join our local store. You’ll help deliver friendly, helpful service and support everyday store operations.

This part-time role requires a 16-hour contract with regular overtime and full training. Benefits include staff discount, pension and holiday entitlement, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, and weekends as discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers on the shop floor
• Ability to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends
• Retail experience is encouraged but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and at the tills
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy
• Assist with daily store operations and ensure a great shopping experience
• Promote Co-op membership to customers and support community engagement
