Co-op Bournemouth is seeking a Customer Team Member to join our local store. You will deliver friendly, helpful service and help keep shelves stocked across a busy shop floor and bakery, including potential post office duties or online order pick/pack work.

You’ll work early mornings and weekends on a part-time contract, with full training provided. You’ll be part of a friendly team serving your community, while enjoying Co-op membership benefits and staff support.

Competenze

• Experience in retail is not essential.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.

Mansioni

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor, tills, bakery, and contribute to daily operations.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, and ensure stock accuracy.
