Job summary

The Co-operative Group in Bournemouth is hiring a Customer Team Member on a part-time basis (15 hours per week with regular overtime). The role includes working early mornings and a bakery environment, with full training provided.

Applicants must be 18+ and ready to commit to varied shifts across the store. As a Customer Team Member, you will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, operate tills, and contribute to daily operations to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers and help keep shelves stocked.
• Assist team to keep store running smoothly and support daily operations.
• Work on shop floor, tills, bakery areas as required, contributing to a great shopping experience.
• Check prices, dates, stock accuracy and ensure store remains compliant and safe.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
