You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing great service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service – respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and ensure a great shopping experience.
  • Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Ensure the store is safe and compliant – keep shelves stocked, and monitor prices, dates, and temperatures.
  • Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
  • Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
