Job description

We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working Pattern

Varied shifts including early mornings (from 6am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. The role will also include working in our in-store bakery. Full, paid training is provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!).

Responsibilities
  1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, working in the in-store bakery, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
  2. Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
  3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant with regulations—stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
  4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
  5. Support the local community by participating in activities and events.
