Co-op in Lavenham is hiring Customer Team Members to join a friendly team in our local store. You will provide friendly service, help customers, and support daily store operations across varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends.
Full training is provided. You’ll be part of a welcoming community-focused team, helping shelves stay stocked and ensuring accurate pricing while delivering a great shopping experience.
Location: 80a High Street , Lavenham, CO10 9PT
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided
You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either, working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business-related needs.
We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op, join us and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store.
As a Customer Team Member, you'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day. Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
