What you'll do

  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service – respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and ensure a great shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively to support your store colleagues in solving problems for customers and members.
  • Maintain store safety and legality – keep shelves stocked, ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
  • Assist in introducing new products and services – share experiences and support team learning.
  • Support your local community – participate in activities and events.
