Job summary

Co-op Digital in Helensburgh is seeking a Customer Team Member to join our community-focused store. You’ll help keep shelves stocked, serve customers on the tills, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience during night shifts.

Full training is provided, with 24-hour weekly pattern and overtime, plus benefits like Co-op membership perks and pension support. This role offers part-time hours, night shifts from 10pm to 6am, and a friendly team environment.

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential)

Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, and contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
• Promote Co‑op Membership and support your local community

Customer Team Member

Location: Sinclair Street , Helensburgh, G84 8TQ

Pay: £17.39 per hour including night shift premium

Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: Night shift to cover the hours between 10pm to 6am, specific nights to be discussed at interview
