Customer Team Leader Location: 41 Main Street, Seahouses, NE68 7RF Pay: £13.65 per hour Contract: 39 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, full time Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll lead the store team – coaching and supervising Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you’ll do- Provide friendly and thoughtful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations.
- Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture.
- Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and operational.
- Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance shopping experience.
- Support your store manager by deputising and delivering HR processes.
- Introduce new products and services, encouraging feedback.
- Build relationships and support local community initiatives.
