Job summary

Co-op Wickford is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage day‑to‑day store operations, motivate staff and deliver excellent customer service on a part‑time basis. You’ll assist with tills, merchandising, stock checks and supporting HR processes while promoting Co‑op membership within the community.

The role offers varied shifts, including early mornings and at least one weekend, with 30% staff discount and bonus benefits. A 18+ age requirement applies for age‑related sales guidance.

Customer Team Leader

Location: St Luke's Development St Luke's Park, Wickford, SS11 7DP

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 21 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening 6:45am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing 10pm) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview
