Co-op in Wheatley Hill is seeking a Customer Team Leader to guide a small store team on shifts, delivering essential services and engaging with the local community. You’ll help keep shelves stocked, support sales, and champion Co-op membership as part of a people-focused, community-driven role.

You’ll mentor colleagues on tills and store operations, drive friendly service and efficient processes, and contribute to the growth of Co-op’s neighbourhood offerings.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview
