Closing date: 30-04-2025 Customer Team Leader Location: 10 North Street, Ashburton, TQ13 7QD Pay: £13.65 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview Full, paid training provided You can now apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed) You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales. We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
