A leading grocery retailer is looking for a Customer Team Leader to join their team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coaching team members, and ensuring the store operates smoothly. Customer Team Leader
Location: Featherbed lane, New Addington, Croydon, CR0 9AS
Pay: £15.24 per hour including London allowance
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
