Job summary

CO-OP in the United Kingdom is hiring a Customer Team Leader to guide a small store team on shift, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and great service. Depending on the store, you may work in post office or bakery or support online services and home delivery drivers.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you'll do

What you’re bring:

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening 6:45am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing 10pm) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview
