Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Stockport to lead a small team on shift, keep shelves stocked and deliver great service to customers.

You’ll work on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations, with varied shifts including afternoons and late evenings, plus at least one weekend shift. It’s a permanent, part-time role with overtime opportunities and a focus on community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.

• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.

Customer Team Leader Location: 156 Hall Street Offerton, Stockport, SK1 4HR Pay: £14.48 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview. 30% colleague member discount in store

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community.

Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers.

Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
