Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in St Columb Minor to run a busy store, lead a small team, and deliver essential services to the local community. You’ll supervise shifts, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations on the shop floor, including tills and stock control.

You’ll help grow membership, support local charities, and promote Co-op services while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Team Leader

Location: Henver Road , St Columb Minor, TR7 3EH

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5am opening), afternoons, late evenings (11pm closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview.

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
