The Customer Team Leader role at Co-op Lowdham in Nottingham leads a small team across shifts, including early mornings, afternoons and weekends, to keep the store running smoothly and deliver great service. You’ll work hands-on on the shop floor, tills, and sometimes in the in-store bakery or post office as needed.

You’ll focus on stock and merchandising, help drive membership, and engage with the local community.

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or team management is helpful.

Location: 38 Main Street Lowdham, Nottingham, NG14 7AG

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 13 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
