Job summary

Co-op Formby is looking for a Customer Team Leader to run the store day-to-day, lead a small team on shifts, ensure friendly service, and manage stock with pride.

You'll work a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekends, for 16 hours a week with regular overtime on a permanent part-time contract. Training and career development are provided.

• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.

Customer Team Leader Location: 37-39 Queens Road , Formby, L37 2HG Pay: £14.48 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing, shifts.

At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community.

Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers.

Whatever the day brings, you’ll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
