Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader at the Perth Road store in Scone to lead a small team, manage daily operations on shift, and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll work on the shop floor and tills, drive merchandising and stock accuracy, and support community engagement and membership growth.
The role requires flexible shifts, including weekends, with 25 hours per week plus overtime on a permanent part-time contract. Benefits include staff discount and training opportunities.

Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 25 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
You'll keep our shelves stocked and support sales, helping us offer even more choice and exciting new services to our customers. You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities. Plus, you'll be a champion for Co-op membership, helping to drive the growth of our unique business.
