Co-op in Pontypridd is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage daily store operations on shifts, including tills and post office counters, while leading a small team to deliver excellent service.
The role requires strong leadership, flexibility across early mornings and evenings, and a proactive approach to merchandising and stock control. Part-time, permanent contract with overtime opportunities and benefits.
Location: 45 Robert Street Ynysybwl, Pontypridd, CF37 3DY
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts from 5.45am, and closing shifts to 10pm, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either, Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview. Duties will include working on our Post Office Counters
