Co-op is looking for a Customer Team Leader in Sutton on Sea near Mablethorpe. You will lead a small team in a fast-paced store, helping to deliver essential services to the community and supporting post office or bakery operations as needed.
This permanent part-time role is 24 hours per week with regular overtime. Shifts include early mornings, afternoons and occasional late evenings, plus at least one weekend shift. Pay is £14.48 per hour with a rewards package and member benefits.

Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities.
