The Co-operative Food in Farnborough is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run the store day-to-day on your shift, coaching a small team and delivering great service on the shop floor.
This part-time role (12 hours per week with regular overtime) requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings and weekends. You’ll be a visible presence in the community and promote Co-op membership, with a 30% colleague discount and strong benefits.

Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: 2 varied shifts over 7 days including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
You must be aged 18+ to authorise age-related sales
