Co-op Group in Longstanton is seeking a Customer Team Leader to head a small team in a busy store, delivering essential community services. You may work in the post office or bakery and support online services and home delivery.

Your leadership will set the pace on shift and drive member engagement. You'll keep shelves stocked, mentor colleagues, and play a key role in service quality, merchandising, and community partnerships.

Location: High Street , Longstanton, CB24 3GN

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: Sunday, Tuesday and Friday 2pm to 10pm, Wednesday 6pm to 10pm. We're happy to discuss additional availability at interview.

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
