Job summary

Co-op Digital is looking for a Customer Team Leader in Belfast to oversee a small store team on a part-time basis. The role includes a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, with weekend work and regular overtime.

You’ll help keep shelves stocked, support sales, and drive Co-op membership in your community. You’ll lead by example, coach colleagues, and ensure smooth daily operations on the shop floor and tills, while contributing to merchandising and customer experiences.

• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.

Customer Team Leader

Location: 150 Kings Road , Belfast, BT5 7EJ

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend. We’re happy to discuss your availability further at interview.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
