Co-op in Arundel is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store on a part‑time basis. You’ll lead a small team, coach colleagues, and help deliver essential services to the community, with opportunities to work in the post office or bakery depending on the store.
The role pays £14.48 per hour, on a permanent contract, for 20 hours per week with regular overtime. Shifts run 5.45am‑2pm or 2pm‑10pm, including weekends, and a benefits package supports colleagues.

Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
You'll keep our shelves stocked and support sales, helping us offer even more choice and exciting new services to our customers. You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities. Plus, you'll be a champion for Co-op membership, helping to drive the growth of our unique business.
