Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real impact every day? At Legal & General Surveying Services, we’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Customer Team as a Customer Team Agent. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and professional experience when booking valuation and survey appointments.

We’re offering a competitive base salary of £24,525 for this hybrid 6-month fixed-term contract role.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Booking valuation and survey appointments with customers using clear and confident communication
  2. Organising schedules for employed and panel surveyors using booking systems
  3. Supporting customers by providing guidance on service requirements
  4. Managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
  5. Engaging in personal development and training opportunities
  6. Monitoring performance data to support continuous improvement
  7. Handling customer payments and unbooked survey instructions
  8. Tailoring services to meet the needs of different customer groups
Qualifications - Who we're looking for:
  1. Confident communicator with strong telephone-based customer service experience
  2. Organised and efficient with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  3. Comfortable using booking systems and technology
  4. Knowledge of survey and valuation products is desirable
  5. Team player who collaborates well with others

  8. GCSE-level qualifications or equivalent experience
