About this role

Our Support Technicians look after service in the Field - this means working on-site with our diverse range of customers, from small local businesses right up to large FTSE 100 corporate organisations - no two days are the same! As a Customer Support Technician, you will be working in the Field day-to-day and have direct exposure to our customers.


You will attend customer sites to help with installations where engineering support is required to set-up, install, and carry out non-complex and simple repairs. You will also be able to confidently talk through ideas and problems a customer may have in connection to the BT portfolio.


About the apprenticeship you'll study for

This apprenticeship will last 18 months, and you'll spend a minimum of 20% of your working hours dedicated to learning and studying. You'll also complete one study day a week. At the end of your hard work, you will gain a level 3 qualification in Information Communication.


Entry Requirements

You'll need to achieve five GCSE's at grades 4-9 (a C or above), including English and Maths. Equivalent qualifications are accepted. Please also note that this is a field role and will require you to travel in your van. As a result, you'll need to hold a full manual driving licence with no more than six points.
