Job Summary
We’re looking for a tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides both onsite and remote desktop support across a variety of devices and platforms—including physical, virtual, and mobile. You’ll help install and configure applications, support peripheral equipment like printers and scanners, and work alongside other teams to resolve technical issues and keep things running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responding to support requests for hardware and software from end users
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Maintaining and updating problem tickets
  • Escalating more complex issues when required
  • Documenting configurations and maintenance at supported sites
  • Supporting projects and special assignments
  • Assisting with software evaluations and upgrades
  • Working with third-party vendors to resolve issues when necessary
  • Performing other duties as needed
