Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Technician to join a leader in the design, innovation, and manufacturing of wireless and sensing solutions.

As a Customer Support Technician, your core responsibilities will include:

1. Technical customer support
2. Fault-finding
3. Managing returns and replacements of faulty equipment
4. Supporting installation activities
5. Configuration of technology to customer specifications

To be considered for this role, you should have experience with electronics and PCB technology, be able to fault-find, support customers technically, be willing to travel occasionally both nationally and internationally, have experience managing a returns process, and carry out minor repairs and refurbishment.
