As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll join the UK office of an award-winning, global advanced software solutions company known for its innovation, integrity, and customer-first approach. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to a wide range of users, including resellers, end customers, and internal teams - providing support across technical queries, product advice, and order processing.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing technical and non-technical support to customers across a range of software products
  2. Assisting with product queries, order processing, and partner support
  3. Escalating more complex issues to technical specialists in line with internal procedures
  4. Keeping records up to date in the CRM system, following internal ticketing and case management processes
  5. Developing in-depth product expertise and delivering excellent service across all customer touchpoints

As a Customer Support Specialist, your skills and experience will include:

  1. Previous experience in a customer support or technical helpdesk role
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  3. Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver service with clarity and professionalism
  5. A proactive and patient approach, with the ability to manage multiple queries calmly and effectively
