DataAnnotation is committed to creating quality AI. Join our team to help train AI chatbots while gaining the flexibility of remote work and choosing your own schedule.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and teach AI chatbots. You will have conversations with chatbots to measure their progress, as well as write novel conversations to teach them appropriate responses.

As part of the application process, you will complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects. Based on your work quality, you will continue to receive projects regularly. Our most successful candidates typically work between 5-20 hours per week, up to 40 hours.
