Customer Support Specialist

We’re looking for empathetic and detail-oriented individuals to join a fast-paced team providing outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of interactions
  • Calm and focused under pressure
  • Multilingual skills are a plus (with financial incentives)

Training & Hours:

  • 10 weeks full-time training (Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm)
  • Shift rota: 7:15am–8:45pm, Mon–Sun (alternate weekends off)
