Customer Support Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to internal and external customers. You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and improve customer satisfaction. The work model for this role is: #Onsite. This position contributes to the UK Electrification Installation Products division. Main stakeholders include Operations, Customers, and Suppliers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by collaborating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other teams.
  • Paying close attention to customer needs and ensuring effective problem solving.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints promptly.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Following company policies and procedures when handling requests and issues.
Qualifications for the role
  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service tools.
  • Knowledge of ABB products or services is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, empathetic attitude towards customers.
