Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative/Spare Parts Interpreter at our Customer Support Centre, you will be the key contact for queries related to parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders, and deliveries. Your responsibilities include:

1. Delivering accurate and timely parts interpretation by analyzing manuals and resources to ensure correct supply.
2. Providing reliable estimates of lead time and costs using Komatsu's inventory and pricing systems.
3. Promoting our company and products by maintaining a positive attitude, adhering to quality procedures, identifying issues, and proposing solutions.
4. Engaging proactively with customers to enhance sales and offer tailored solutions, demonstrating exceptional service.
5. Enhancing the customer experience through outstanding service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment requiring quick decision-making.
