About the Customer Support Representative position.
Your role will require you to work alongside colleagues, support managers, and company directors in improving and succeeding in giving the best possible customer service.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
Respond and resolve support tickets on WHMCS.
Respond and resolve live chat enquiries.
Provide excellent customer support at all times.
Help and encourage users during a purchase on the website or over the phone.
Answer phone calls using software.
The Requirements
Basic experience or knowledge in hosting solutions and customer support.
Genuine friendly, optimistic, and helpful attitude.
Willingness to learn, be open-minded, and not afraid to ask for help if required.
Good grammar and basic mathematical skills.
Some Helpful Attributes
Previous experience in customer services with a brand or company.
Previous experience with the following software & tools is preferred:
Social Media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media sites.
E-Commerce: WHMCS and/or ticketing and live-chat products.
Microsoft Office: MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook (Hotmail), MS Teams.
Live Chat: Tidio, Crisp.Chat, ChatSupport, and/or other live chat integrations.
VOIP: Circleloop, RingCentral, eReceptionist, and other VOIP software.
