Freudenberg is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to be the first point of contact for customer inquiries. Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, background in Oil & Gas is desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities:
  • To be the first point of call for any customer queries relating to sales, execution, installations, and communications.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Ensure that customer claims and complaints are resolved fairy, effectively, accurately, and timely, and in accordance with consumer laws.

  • Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to execute orders and meet customer expectations.

  • Maintain company pricing lists and margins.

  • Provide status updates when requested by management and customers.

  • Participate and engage in continuous improvement initiatives and supply feedback for improvement plans.

  • Train, coach, and mentor new associates in SAP and company procedures.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role, within a manufacturing environment or similar, background in Oil & Gas is desirable.

  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines with the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Detail orientated, ability to work with figures and calculations.

  • Able to confidently read and understand technical drawings.

  • Experience in training associates would be desirable.

  • Experience using SAP would be preferred.
