A blue-chip global Card Payment Provider is seeking Customer Support specialists with Payments acceptance experience due to dynamic growth.
To be successful in this role, you will possess Project management experience in payment scheme or Financial Services Operations.
In this role you will look at why merchants are experiencing non–authorisation based acceptance issues and understand the cause of the problem, i.e., whether network issues, contract issues, working out root cause and putting a plan in place so that the merchants are having 100% acceptance rates.
Ideally your background will have experience from any of: acceptance manager or in acceptance remediation or support, perhaps experience with POS terminal support, or have set up merchants working for acquirers or tech card acceptance.
