This is an office-based role, with the Customer Support team working from our Cardiff City Centre Office. After passing the probation period, the requirement will be to work in the office 4 days a week, and 1 day from home.
You'll be the first point of contact for small business owners. Our customers are trying to build their businesses, and we want to support them. You'll solve problems, fix issues, and provide assistance to help them succeed. Most importantly, you'll listen to our customers and understand how we can improve our services.
Working Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday every 5 weeks) between 8am-8pm. Shift patterns include:
