Our UK facility serves as the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components.

Our experienced teams collaborate with a broad, global customer base, providing technical expertise and support in both fixed wing and rotary wing markets.

Position Overview:

Manage a dedicated customer portfolio by achieving the following objectives:

Strategy:
- Define customer strategies through Roadmaps and Key Account Plans
- Identify prospective products and services of interest and potential sales
- Business development

Customer Satisfaction:
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction within the account portfolio
- Fulfill commitments to customers

Sales:
- Achieve invoicing targets for set customers
- Set budgets and forecasts
- Create commercial proposals and lead the offer review process

Contracts:
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely amendments
- Monitor contract compliance

Finance:
- Manage customer credit limits and act as CSR escalation point for overdues
- Increase SAFRAN HE and HE UK margins

Candidate Requirements:

Must:
- Experience in Customer Management
- Commercial negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of products and services
- Ability to deliver on commitments
- Proactive, self-starter, initiative-taker
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
